'RAF & IRIS" is about two “fuckyouropinionwedowhatwewant” girls, who are plunging into the exuberant wildlife that is the art world, confronting its establishment made of people who will ask them to sell their soul for a check.

 

It’s a story combining lies, manipulation, friendship, love, talent & luck.

 

Through these two multi-faceted characters: complex and contradictory, touching and funny, RAF & IRIS highlights today’s art world, where money, power, and political correctness are the ruling mottos.

 

It’s a quest to discover what is the line between success, achievement, and self-fulfillment.

 

RAF & IRIS are passionate, they’re ambitious, they’re smart and sexy. But they are also arrogant, egocentric, and they prefer death to compromise.

 

As they feel rejected, doubts will arise. But they’re totally aware that life as a female artist is a big struggle, that talent is not enough to break out from the pack, so they’re willing to take risks and do something outside of the box.

 

These two girls know the journey will keep them together because they’re both crazy enough to believe in their dream, no matter what!

 

RAF & IRIS weren't born when 'DESPERATELY SEEKING SUSAN' and 'THELMA & LOUISE' came out. But they definitely could be part of the bunch of friends from 'GIRLS'.
